THIS IS NOT A BLOG

As publisher of Jasper Pierce's provocative novel Steal Stuff From Work, I have created this site as a discussion forum for readers of the book, and for vocational kleptomaniacs who wish to confess their sins. The novel is of course open to interpretation, but my thoughts are that the theft of worthless trophies from the workplace the book depicts represents something beyond greed for personal power or profit, something as essential as reclaiming the human spirit -- with its creativity, love, inquisitiveness, art, and spirit of play -- from a deadening, violent and increasingly unmanageable economic system.

Discuss. Have you stolen anything from work recently? The question is not so much what as why?
